X Bat's Terms & Conditions – fully in Bengali

X Bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and X Bat.

When you X BatBy registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to stop using the platform.

These terms have been written in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind; however, the English version will be considered the definitive text in the event of any legal dispute.

X BatTo open an account with us, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older must be.
• Each individual only an account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any unusual transactions or suspicious activity on your account, please contact X Bat Please notify our support team.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

The email address or mobile number you provide at registration will serve as your primary contact. To update your details, please reach out to Support.

X Bat Follows a strict age verification policy to protect minors from betting. After registration, we may request identity verification at any time.

KYC (Know Your Customer) You may be required to submit one of the following documents for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) – issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Passport – with valid expiry
• Driving License – government approved
• Birth Registration Certificate – for age verification purposes only

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete. Your information is kept fully secure and is not shared with third parties.

X BatThe most popular payment methods in Bangladesh are supported on the platform. Deposit and withdrawal guidelines are outlined below:

• Your account's KYC verification must be completed before making a deposit.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Maximum per day up to ৳50,000 Withdrawals are available. For larger amounts, please contact Support.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold for suspected transactions until verification is complete.

X BatRegular bonuses and promotions are offered on the platform. Each bonus has its own specific terms, though some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5x to 20x).
• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.
• Multiple individuals from the same household or IP address cannot claim the same bonus.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the offer expires.
• The right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice X Bat reserves.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or fraud will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

X BatThe following rules apply at all times when betting on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error X Bat reserves the right to void those bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the bet will be settled based on the data recorded on our servers.
• Each sport, including cricket and football, has its own detailed rules that apply separately.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.

Any of the following activities X Batis strictly prohibited on X Bat. Violating this rule will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Match Fixing or Spot Fixing: Any fraudulent betting activity.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds across multiple platforms to secure risk-free profits.
• Bots or Automated Software: Placing bets using any kind of automation tool.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

X Bat Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is clear evidence of a terms and conditions violation.
• Using fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You can contact our support team at any time to close your account. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so.

X Bat places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Our full privacy policy is available separately, but in brief:

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities to meet applicable legal obligations.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request deletion of your personal data.

X Bat will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets not completed due to loss of internet connection.
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.

X Bat Reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via registered email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
